As Swanberg continues to wander through the corridors of the Lafayette, he is stopped by a shipwide intercom message.

"This is 1st Officer Storm, all bridge crew to the bridge immediately."

"Well, either we are departing WAY ahead of schedule, or something's wrong."  Swanberg finds the nearest turbolift, and proceeds to the bridge.
