For ease of locating all transcripts within an arc, transcripts are all listed with Ship/Station name and date with no spaces
or periods within the file name and in .rtf. For example... Lollypop1070728.rtf
Transcript editors are asked to please edit for spelling and punctuation so the transcripts can be easily understood by all.
All transcripts should be submitted with the above naming guidelines for ease of transfer to the archives.
